The worst place in WoW... full bright green... my nightmare :) And there aren't too many interesting thing, just those terrible texture, and some statue on the starting zone. I think it will be better than now, coz of the simple reason what is Emerald Dream in the WoW lore...

Just I really don't understand why 3D editors should use so bright colours... you don't see too many things while you working on it :D
Well... I've not too much idea too. Maybe it's easier to find a texture bug, or the background gives the glowing attribute to the texture... Dunno, unfourtunately i dunno the editor! :)
Not really... I think it's worse than pastel colours... And those brightness means nothing. I know coz there is the same situation in AutoCAD ^^
(And working with those colours is nighmare too.)
well... i was working with 3D programs too, but i only c something like this, when someone -even me- made something for testing. but it had no any uses ofc, so i still have no any idea... erm, good idea! ^^
Well he idea of the green is that when the designers have a error in programming or anything for inc.: they paste a texture to the green areas but there's an empty spot in the texture it would be easy to notice and could be replaced by other...
Emerald dream has textures but u can't see them .. all u have to do is :
1. go to emerald dream
2. go to options -> video and disable the "Specular Lightning" effect
3. relog and u will see emerald dream textured. :)
Take spectacular lightning off and u ll see the textures ;)
